These terms apply to the BULLRUN game at bullrun-self.vercel.app and to anything you earn or claim in it. By playing with a linked wallet you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not link a wallet.

1. The game

BULLRUN is an endless-runner game played in your browser. You can play without a wallet. Linking a Solana wallet is optional and is only needed for holder perks, the weekly prize race and coin claims. Linking asks you to sign a message; it sends no transaction and costs nothing.

2. Who may play for rewards

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. You may not take part in prizes or claims if you are in a country or region where doing so is prohibited, or where you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any tax on what you receive.

3. One wallet, one account

A wallet can be linked to one game account only. Linking the same wallet to a second account bans that wallet: it stops earning coins and cannot claim or win prizes. If this happened by mistake, contact the team.

4. Coins, claims and $BULLRUN

Coins collected in the game have no cash value. Coins from runs that the game server verifies, made while your wallet is linked, can be claimed for $BULLRUN tokens at the rate shown in the game. Claims are subject to daily limits, a minimum amount, and a minimum $BULLRUN balance in the claiming wallet. The rate, limits and availability of claims can change at any time, and claims can be paused or closed. You pay the network fee for automatic claims.

$BULLRUN is a memecoin with no promised value. Its price can go to zero. Nothing in the game is investment advice or an offer of a financial product.

5. Weekly prize race

Each week the best runs of linked wallets compete for the prizes shown in the game. The team reviews the winning runs before paying and may withhold a prize from any run it believes was not played fairly. Prizes are sent to the linked wallet.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat. That includes modifying the game, automating play, sending runs that were not played, using several accounts or wallets to get around limits, and exploiting bugs. The team may remove runs, cancel claims and ban wallets for cheating, without notice. Please report bugs instead of using them.

7. No warranty

The game is provided as it is. It can have bugs, go offline or change. To the extent the law allows, the team is not liable for lost coins, missed claims or prizes, the value of $BULLRUN, or any loss from using the game or a wallet. You are responsible for the security of your wallet; the team never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

8. Changes

These terms can be updated. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play with a linked wallet after a change means you accept it.
